These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of CapsulePay, a digital wallet and healthcare payment platform operated by MissionBlueTech. By using CapsulePay, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, use your own verified mobile number, and provide accurate information.

Account & Wallet

• CapsulePay provides digital wallet services for healthcare payments.
• Wallet balance is non-interest bearing.
• You are responsible for maintaining your login security.

Payments & Transactions

• Payments made to pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare partners are final once completed.
• MissionBlueTech is not responsible for medical services, product quality, or professional advice provided by pharmacies or hospitals.
• Transaction limits may apply based on banking guidelines.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use CapsulePay for:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Money laundering
• Unauthorized transactions
• Restricted or prohibited purposes

Refunds

Refunds apply only to:

• Failed transactions
• Duplicate charges
• Amount debited but not received by merchant
• Refunds do not apply to successful payments.

Third-Party Partners

Transactions may be processed through:

• IDFC FIRST Bank
• Razorpay / UPI PSPs
• NPCI systems
• CapsulePay does not control banking partner policies

Limitation of Liability

CapsulePay is a payment facilitator, not a healthcare provider. MissionBlueTech is not liable for:

• Product/service quality from pharmacies or hospitals
• Bank or NPCI delays
• Losses due to incorrect user information
• Our liability is limited to correcting payment errors within our control.

Data & Privacy

Your data is handled according to the CapsulePay Privacy Policy. Usage includes:

• Transaction processing
• Fraud prevention
• Service improvement

Account Suspension

MissionBlueTech may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraud
• Chargebacks
• Wallet misuse
• Violating these Terms
• Regulatory requirements

Governing Law

All disputes fall under Indian jurisdiction, under the courts of Mumbai.
